Bag a Tagger - Hertfordshire Crimestoppers are happy to support the Police in their Bag a Tagger campaign, aimed at eradicating graffiti in Hertfordshire. In Hemel Hempstead, there have been hundreds of graffiti 'tags' placed at various locations across the town.......more |
Project Inhibit - We are supporting the British Oil Security Syndicate (BOSS) and Hertfordshire Police Campaign targeting those criminals who steal petrol from service stations in Project Inhibit - The objective is to deny the criminal fuel for use in their motor vehicles. Crimestoppers logo and publicity have been used in supporting this campaign - appeals for information in the media included appeals for information on any crime. This has been a very successful campaign for the police and the Oil companies operating service stations in Hertfordshire. |
Operation Relentless - Hertfordshire Constabulary has launched another major operation in February 2008. | Operation Manhunt is on - join in! - In February 2008 Hertfordshire Constabulary launched an awareness campaign and police operation to catch distraction burglars. They are treating this crime with the same importance as serious and organised crime and are therefore deploying the same tactics. Hertfordshire Constabulary are working with a number of partners such as Trading Standards, Three Valleys Water and Neighbourhood Watch.
